10,000 hits!

On a totally unrelated note (unrelated to family, anyway), according to WordPress this blog passed the 10,000 hit mark sometime yesterday. I don’t write this blog to make money off of it, to take steps toward professional blogging, or anything like that. It’s just a place for me to exercise another part of my brain, journal out loud, and share information with friends and family. We’ve started getting some new visitors, which is exciting to me. It means that people who don’t know me find some of this stuff interesting and perhaps helpful to read – cool!
Anyway, I guess I just wanted to celebrate this milestone and say hello to everyone reading this. So glad you’re here and if you ever feel like de-lurking and saying hello back, I’d love to hear from you!
